Why insects? It’s not just about climate.

Farming insects is a climate-friendly move, but it also helps to solve the twin challenge of over-consumption and waste. Insects can help us complete the cycle of nutrients, fertilising our soils to keep them healthy for many more crops. The loss of insects and wider biodiversity is daunting, but with insect farming we can replace part of what we’ve lost and adapt to the future.

Essentially, insects are far more efficient at converting feed to protein and fats than any other livestock. The process is fast, clean, reliable and be carried out in a small space with much less feed, water and energy than traditional farming.

We don’t want to make anyone eat bugs. (Although 2 billion people already do!). Sadly we are not being paid by the New World Order. We do want to offer people greener, healthier, better options for their pets and gardens 🙂
